Realtor.com counted 451 homes for sale in Melissa as of June 2026, while Zillow reported 62 new listings during its latest monthly period. Zillow put the average home value at $432,929, down 6.7% over the past year. Realtor.com listed the median asking price at $499,000 as of June 2026.

Redfin's May 2026 market page reported 124 homes sold, compared with 101 a year earlier. Redfin's median sale price was $434,640, down 13.9% from a year earlier, and average days on market were 60 days, compared with 61 days last year.

By the numbers

Realtor.com listed the median list price at $499,000 as of June 2026. Redfin's median sale price was $434,640 in May 2026. Zillow's average home value was $432,929. Zillow said homes went to pending in around 36 days as of May 31, 2026. Realtor.com reported average days on market at 43 days in June 2026.

Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey put the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 6.49% as of July 9, 2026, up from 6.43% a week earlier and below 6.72% a year earlier.

What changed from last year

Redfin's year-over-year sales count increased from 101 to 124. Realtor.com average days on market rose from about 40 days to 43 days. Redfin's median sale price was down 13.9% from a year earlier.

Realtor.com's June 2026 inventory figure and Redfin's May 2026 sold-home figure measure different parts of the market: active supply versus closed transactions. This report keeps those figures separate because they do not describe the same set of homes.
