Redfin's May 2026 market page reported 124 homes sold, compared with 101 a year earlier. Redfin's median sale price was $434,640, down 13.9% from a year earlier, and average days on market were 60 days, compared with 61 days last year.

Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey put the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 6.43% as of July 2, 2026, down from 6.49% a week earlier and below 6.67% a year earlier.
What changed from last year
Redfin's year-over-year sales count increased from 101 to 124. Average days on market fell from 61 days to 60 days. Redfin's median sale price was down 13.9% from a year earlier.
