The Texans will be without Jadeveon Clowney against the Bengals after the defensive end developed a knee issue while Houston prepared for Week 2. He did not practice during the week because of the injury.
Clowney has now faced injury concerns in three straight weeks. Before Houston's 36-31 defeat against the Bills last Sunday, he was dealing with both ankle and hip problems.
Houston is expected to use Dominique Robinson and Sabastain Harash for the edge-rusher snaps behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter. The team did not provide additional details. CBS Sports reported the injury update.
