The filing indicates that construction work to complete the space is estimated to cost $950,000. McKinney is about 7 miles south of Melissa.
Wonder’s physical locations typically provide dine-in and pickup options, along with free delivery services. The company currently operates more than 100 locations across ten states, primarily along the East Coast. A representative for the company confirmed that Wonder plans to open more than 100 new locations in Texas beginning in early 2027 as part of a larger expansion.
