The Texans' Wednesday practice report ranged from Trent Brown's knee and wrist issues to Wade Woodaz's thumb injury. Woodaz, a linebacker, was among two players who participated fully despite thumb problems, along with safety Reed Blankenship.
Wide receiver Nico Collins remained unavailable because of a hamstring issue. He injured the hamstring during practice last week and missed Houston's Week 2 loss to the Bengals. Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney also sat out with a knee issue, as did linebacker Jake Hummel and guard Ed Ingram, who each had groin injuries.
Three defensive players were limited. Linebacker Will Anderson Jr. was listed as resting, while defensive lineman Logan Hall and defensive back M.J. Stewart were limited by knee injuries. Tight end Dalton Schultz was held out for rest rather than an injury.
The report listed five players as unavailable because of injuries and one additional player, Schultz, out for rest. It did not include further information about Brown's, Clowney's, Hummel's or Ingram's injuries.
