Melissa Mazan has been named the interim dean of the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. The appointment follows a long tenure at the school, during which she held several significant leadership positions.

Mazan initially joined the Cummings School as a veterinary student. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed an undergraduate degree in history at Yale University.
