Houston beat Kansas State 35-16 on the road Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas.

Quarterback Conner Weigman completed 19 of 30 passes for 242 yards and four touchdowns, all of them to Patrick Overmyer, who finished with eight catches for 83 yards. Makhi Hughes added a 13-yard touchdown run, and Houston led 21-3 at halftime and 35-9 after three quarters.

Kansas State scored on a 29-yard Luis Rodriguez field goal and two Avery Johnson touchdown passes, a 13-yarder to Garrett Oakley and a 6-yarder to Jaron Tibbs. Johnson threw for 182 yards with one interception.

Houston improved to 5-1, and Kansas State fell to 3-2. Attendance was 51,569.
