Dallas is now 1-2 after Baltimore's Tyler Loop made a 56-yard field goal as time expired Sunday, giving the Ravens a 34-31 victory at Rio de Janeiro's Maracanã. The NFL's first game in Rio drew an announced crowd of 72,792.
The Cowboys overcame an 11-point gap and moved ahead in the fourth quarter. Dak Prescott's 19-yard scoring connection with Jake Ferguson, followed by a pass to CeeDee Lamb for the two-point conversion, brought Dallas within 24-21. KaVontae Turpin then scored on a 9-yard run to put the Cowboys ahead 28-24.
Baltimore answered with Lamar Jackson's 2-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Matt Hibner with 1:30 remaining.
Prescott led Dallas into field-goal range, and Brandon Aubrey's 23-yarder tied the game at 31 with seven seconds left. Jackson then completed a 27-yard pass to Zay Flowers and stopped the clock with one second remaining, setting up Loop's winning kick. Prescott finished with 25 completions on 40 attempts, 276 yards and one touchdown.
Javonte Williams gained 98 yards and scored on 19 carries, while Lamb had seven catches for 112 yards. Baltimore improved to 2-1.
